7.00am : Breakfast – Cereal, Scramble Egg, Beef Sausages, Fried Potato Tomatoes,
Mushrooms, Baked Beans.
8.00am – 9.15am : Academic Class - Mathematics
10.00am : Travel to High Performance Training Centre (HPTC) at TARRC (Tun Abdul Razak
Research Centre).
10.15am – 11.30am : Team Building:- Objective : to approach team spirit.
12.00pm : Lunch at HPTC
1.00pm – 2.30 pm : Travel back to Roebuck Hotel & Rest.
2.30pm – 3.30pm : Academic Class – Mathematics.
4.00pm – 6.30 pm : Training at HPTC TARRC
