8.00am : Breakfast
8.45am – 9.30am : Academic Class – Mathematics
10.00am : Travel to High Performance Training Centre (HPTC) at TARRC (Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre).
10.15am – 11.30am : Team Building
Objective : To approach positive attitude among players
12.00pm : Lunch at HPTC
1.00pm : Travel back to Roebuck Hotel.
1.30pm – 3.30pm : Rest.
5.00pm – 9.00 pm : 1st friendly game at High Performance Training Centre (HPTC) at TARRC (Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre).
